2nd Ware (St. Mary's) Scout Group is pleased to announce that it has teamed up with the fundraising website easyfunding.co.uk to help raise funds for the Group. It's a simple, free and foolproof way that supporters can help raise funds whilst shopping on the internet.

How does it work? Anyone wishing to help raise funds for the Group simply goes to our account page, www.easyfundraising.co.uk/2ndware and sign up...it's as easy as that. There's also the Yahoo! powered easysearch engine which pays us when you surf the web...literally!!

What's the catch? There isn't a single catch! Internet retailers don't have the overheads of a shop and so they offer either a percentage or a flat fee to the nominated charity when a sale is generated. It really is something for nothing. Believe it or not there are also free money offers featured on the website; for example, if you sign up to the no strings attached Which? trial subscription we get a hefty donation. 

How many retailers are there? There's around 400 retailers covering just about any purchase you could ever wish to make online. Have a look, it's surprising just how many you will have heard of and some famous ones that you may not have thought about. For example,  Cadburys site, where you can order chocolate products and gifts online, is always adding new ones and some , like Thorntons, have seasonal offers featured at Easter.
